Students completing their health professions residency training must obtain final clearance from this office.
Borrowers of Short-term Emergency Student Loans must satisfy all outstanding loan debts before financial clearance can be given. See acceptable forms and type of payment Loan balances and receipts can be obtained from a staff member at the front counter of the Student Loan Office in Room 218 of the Administration Building.
Borrowers of Federal Student Loans (Federal Perkins, Health Professions Student Loan, Loans for Disadvantaged Students, Primary Care Loans and Nursing Loans) and/or Long-term Emergency Student Loans are required to have an updated exit interview with the Collection Department before financial clearance can be given. If there are no outstanding debts owed, immediate financial clearance will be given.
